The guy I carpool with always gets upset when songs he calls "feminist music" comes on the radio. Which, of course, just makes me turn it up louder.

I found a nice opinion at Heroine Next Door that views the song from a feminist point of view. Some silly opposition to the song is always arising.
This song is one of the few that doesn't allow the girl to be meek and sit and cry when she loses her man. Sure it's angry chick music, but it isn't unfounded.
And who wouldn't want to trash a cheating boyfriends car?? It is so badass.
